Is Your Guest Bedroom Ready for the Holidays?
Prep the Guest Room
Make the bed: It will help your guests feel comfortable and will make the room look cleaner.
Add a lamp: Lamps provide a cozy atmosphere for guests to relax – especially at the end of the day.
Provide a night light: In an unfamiliar house, a night light helps guide guests in the dark.
Variety of Pillows: Be prepared for your guests by choosing a variety of pillows to ensure they are comfortable.
What Your Guests Actually Want
Wifi Password: Most guests will be grateful for the easy access to the wifi password. You can leave it as a note, or you can add it into the guest room decor.
A Fan: Giving your guests a fan allows them to be in control of their own room temperature – plus, many people prefer to have a little white noise at night.
Water Bottles: Leave a few in the guest room! Then your guests won’t have to go venturing out into the kitchen in the middle of the night for a glass of water.
Extra Blankets: Whether it’s a comfort thing or a temperature thing, extra blankets are always a good idea!
